Hypothetical Scenario - Business Problem:
This is a personal project in which I worked redesigning Cinemark’s cinema platform focusing on improve the app usability and make sales rise by introducing a new way to make sales rise during though times like the pandemic.

IDEA & MVP
During the pandemic, companies worldwide had to make immediate changes to adapt their businesses to new challenges and implement preventive measures.
The cinema industry faced significant difficulties. This situation forced them to change their business perspective and readapt drive-in cinemas to meet pandemic hygienic standards.
PROBLEM
Cinemark Hoyts transitioned to drive-in services but neglected their user experience. Their app was outdated, had usability issues, and was not adapted to the new situation at all.
CHALLENGE
Design a better user experience and user interface, improving user navigation with a user-centered vision.
Create a seamless experience for buying tickets and a profile screen that efficiently displays user’s data.

Data drive redesign
Once I finish my research process, and get all the relevant data I need, I start from the basics and draft rough my Design Ideas as low fidelity wireframes in paper, and then move on to mid and high fidelity designs.
